ROSS – Ross County sheriff reported that they are investigating shots fired call on 1/05/22
According to the report a Deputy was dispatched to Tabernacle road on the report of a shot fired into a home call. The homeowner claimed that the weapons were discharged overnight towards the home.
According to the Ross County sheriff department, the homeowner says that she heard a loud pop come from the outside around 7 30 pm on Wednesday night, when she went outside there was no one there, she heard the same pop at 520 this morning after daybreak the woman went outside to discover not only the two bullet holes but that her screen had been damaged by a possible prowler.
After the conversation, the deputy searched the home and found that two holes were discovered in the home from a 45 caliber gunshot. The deputy recorded all the info and launched an investigation into the incident.
