Ross – Ross County Sheriff is attempting to find a 15 year old.
My office is attempting to locate 15 year old Spencer Seymour. Mr. Seymour ran away from the 2500 block of Liberty Hill Road at approximately 10:00 a.m. this morning. He is 6′ tall, 140 lbs., blonde hair, blue eyes with a short military style hair cut. He was last seen wearing red and white shoes, blue jeans, and blue shirt.
