CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio, Aug. 16, 2024 — At the Rotary Club’s meeting on August 13, local community theater group Roundtown Players took center stage. Rotary Club member Andrea Green hosted the event, inviting key members of the theater group—Jessica Morgan, Jackie Cheadle, Allie Copeland, Reggie Allison, and Christopher Bowen—to discuss their work and contributions to the Circleville community.

During the meeting, Green introduced the Roundtown Players, a non-profit organization based in Downtown Circleville’s historic district. Founded in 1967, the group has been a staple of the local cultural scene, presenting 4-6 productions each year. Their activities also include hosting local events and offering educational opportunities through workshops and performance classes.

Jessica Morgan, Jackie Cheadle, and Allie Copeland showcased their talents by performing select numbers from their recent production, Nunsense. The lively performance offered attendees a glimpse into the group’s dynamic and engaging productions.

The Roundtown Players Theatre continues to enrich the community through its diverse array of performances and educational programs, striving to both entertain and educate through the arts.
