Union-Scioto January 23 ONLY bus 21 will be one hour delayed. Bus 21 Services County Rd. 550 Shiloh Rd., Maple Grove, Mount Carmel Road, Sulphur Lick Rd, Blazer Road, and Steiner Road. to repeat ONLY bus 21 will be one hour delayed this morning.
