PICKAWAY – Earlier today a man called 911 from his boat that he was stuck and could not get out of the Scioto river.
Around noon Scioto Township with aid from Jackson Township, Pleasant Township, and Harrison Township launched a successful boat rescue and was able to save the 53 year old man.
