Cheri Williams, age 70, passed away September 17, 2017, at home surrounded by her family. Cheri was born Nov. 8, 1946, to Allen L. & Margaret (Simkins) Cramer. She was a 1964 graduate of Columbus West High. Cheri was a member of First Baptist Church of Grove City where she sang in the choir and was active in various activities. She worked at Burroughs elementary school lunch program, was manager of Westland Youthland, manager of Wendy’s Bridal Shop, and worked at BancOhio & National City Bank in the foreign exchange and trust departments. She was active in Camp Fire Girls, led Blue Bird groups, and volunteered at Camp Wyandot. Cheri sang gospel music with her best friend Betsy Walsh.
Preceded in death by her parents Allen & Peg Cramer. Survived by her loving and devoted husband of 53 years Ken; best friend Betsy Walsh; daughters Lori (Denny) Tatman, Melissa (Mike) Lamoreaux; son Michael (Jane) Williams; grandchildren Sara, Daniel, Alan, Brandon, Madison, and Collin; great-granddaughter Bella; and countless relatives and friends.Family will receive visitors from 4-6 pm on Monday September 25, 2017, at First Baptist Church of Grove City, 3301 Orders Road, Grove City, Ohio, where celebration of her life service will be held immediately following visitation.
