PICKAWAY – Some Memorial day services will go on some will not due to continued COVID-19 restrictions.
The local Memorial day parade for downtown Circleville will be cancelled again this year, and memorial service in Pickaway county will only take place in Forest cemetery on North Court street.
The service will be at 10 am at Forest cemetery on North Court street, it will be open to the public. Logam elm band will be performing at the graveside. Mayor Mclroy a veteran will be the only speaker this year.
Other memorial day services will be performed by South Bloomfield Rick Brown Memorial Vfw Post 7941 they will perform three services on Monday starting at 10 am. The schedule is:
11 am Harrison Township Cemetery 1 pm Floral Hills and 2 pm Reber Hill. Teays Valley Band will be at all three services. An pastor speaker will be there for all three services.
