Circleville, OH – St. Philip’s Episcopal Church invites the entire community to lace up their running or walking shoes and join the annual Circleville Turkey Trot 5K Walk/Run on Thanksgiving Day. This beloved tradition not only brings the community together for a fun start to the holiday but also serves an important cause: all proceeds benefit the Fresh Produce Market operated by Pickaway County Community Action (PICCA).

Since its inception in 2015, the Circleville Turkey Trot has become the largest one-day fundraising event in Pickaway County dedicated to helping the hungry. Canon Dave Getreu of St. Philip’s Church emphasizes the event’s impact:
“It’s a great way to start your Thanksgiving Day and do something to benefit those in need in our community.”

The 5K Walk/Run will begin at 9:00 a.m. at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 129 W. Mound St., Circleville. Participants can register for $35 online at RunSignUp or onsite on the morning of the event. As a keepsake of this meaningful day, each participant will receive a Circleville Turkey Trot T-shirt and medal.
