Tadd L. Conkel, 46 of Ashville, OH passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus, OH. Tadd was born on December 19, 1975 in Columbus, OH and was a 1994 graduate of Groveport-Madison High School. He worked as the IATF/ISO Supervisor for NIFCO America in Canal Winchester. Tadd was a passionate New Orleans Saints fan, enjoyed playing golf, fishing, collecting bourbon, and recording his podcast. Tadd was always the life of the party and could be counted on for a funny story. He was great at making people feel welcome and important, and most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. Anyone that met Tadd immediately knew that his wife and sons were the light of his life.
Tadd is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Kristy N. (Holley) Conkel; sons Nate Lewis Conkel and Reed Jameson Conkel; parents Larry V. and Betty A. (Whitmore) Conkel of Ashville; sister Lovette (Luis) Aquino of Pickerington; sister Crystal (Keith) Napier of Ostrander; nieces, nephews, extended family, and many close friends.
Visitation will be on Monday, December 27th from 4-7 p.m. at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville 43103 with a Graveside Service at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 28th at Groveport Cemetery with Father Brian O’Connor officiating.
