Today around 2:15 PM Circleville Police received a call about a theft that had just occurred at Tractor Supply Company. The suspect’s vehicle was located a short time later by Ofc. Parmenter. Sgt. Hafey was able to get behind the vehicle and initiate a traffic stop. The vehicle failed to stop for his activated lights and siren.
After a short pursuit, the vehicle finally stopped at the intersection of East Ohio Street and South Pickaway Street. The driver, David Holland, was taken into custody without further incident. Upon an inventory of the vehicle, suspected crystal methamphetamine was located.
David was transported to the Pickaway County Jail. He is charged with Possession of Drugs (F-5), Failure to Comply (M-1) and Complicity to Theft (M-1). The incident remains under investigation
