OHIO – The US Marshalls have reported to have saved 25 missing children in 20 days in operation safety net.
According to a press release, Operating Safety Net involves the U.S. Marshals, the Cleveland Division of Police, the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department, the East Cleveland Police Department and the Newburgh Heights Police Department.
Children have been recovered between the ages of 13 and 18 years old in the area of Cleveland, East Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield, Euclid, Willoughby and even Miami. About 25% of the children were reported to be exploited in human trafficking or prostitution.
