SCIOTO COUNTY – Around 4:45 pm on January 24, 2020 a 911 call into the Pickaway Sheriff Department of smoke showing at 14411 Sr-104 in Ashville.
According to Chief Cline of the Scioto Township fire department the fire started in the kitchen area of the home and with quick work from the department they were able to hold the fire to only the kitchen area. The rest of the home did suffer smoke damage on both levels of the home and parts of the garage area. No one was home at the time of the fire.
Four different department converged on the fire in a timely manner Scioto Township, Harrison, Jackson Township, and Circleville all were involved.
