Circleville – A man is in serious condition after being hit on Main Street in Circleville last night.
According to reports around 8 pm on April 3, 2024, emergency crews were dispatched to the area of West Main Street and Scioto Street for a pedestrian hit by a car while crossing the roadway. When crews arrived they transported the man identified as Joseph Coy to Berger Hospital.
The family reported that he was then transported to Grant Hospital where he had swelling to his head, two broken ribs, and a collapsed lung. Currently, he is in ICU.
The crash is still under investigation.
