USA – Walmart officially raises prices on purchase of tobacco products and e-cigarette items to 21 today.
The company announced this plan in mid May to start implementing this new regulation.
Walmart says this is to combat sales to minors, and Sams club will also have the same rules.
Most states around the country were 18 to buy products.
