HOCKING – Hocking sheriff has released a BOLO (Be on the Look out) for an armed car thief out of the count this morning

The Hocking County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate James V. Franco, 43-year-old, 5’11”, 180 pounds. Franko has warrants for his arrest. Franko is considered armed and dangerous, making threats to others. Franco is driving a stolen blue 2018 Ford EcoSport, bearing Ohio license plate: FVB1653.
