At approximately 6:00 a.m. today, a woman reported that Bagley had kidnapped her from her residence in Grove City and transported her to the Hilltop area of Columbus. The woman managed to escape unharmed and last saw Bagley near Eureka Avenue and West Broad Street.

In a related incident, on June 13, 2024, Bagley managed to escape from custody while being transported after medical treatment at Fairfield Medical Center. Following the escape, Bagley was spotted in the 700 block of Pleasantville Road, where he unlawfully entered a residence, commandeered the homeowner’s vehicle, and fled to the Southeast Columbus area. Although the vehicle was later recovered, Bagley remains at large.
