Waverly OH- According to a social media post made by the Waverly Police Department, a male subject has been arrested during an incident on East Emmitt Ave and North Clough St.
The post states, officers arrived and found a male accused of standing in the street displaying a firearm at a vehicle stopped at the intersection. Officers were able to take the male subject into custody without incident. Officers are still actively investigating this incident at this time.
