OHIO – Wendy’s Frosty’s are popular just they way they are but, now they are offering a step up to the tasty treat, a sundae.
The sundae will have a frosty base, either vanilla or the regular chocolate favor, they they will add a Cookie, next drizzle some Ghirardelli dark chocolate sauce on top.
