From pancake breakfasts to tree lightings, there’s no shortage of festive events for families to enjoy. Here’s where you can find Santa and celebrate the magic of Christmas this weekend:
Saturday, December 7
- Pancakes with Santa – Scioto Township
Head to Station 400 for a free pancake breakfast hosted by the Commercial Point Men’s Club and Local 4000. Children can meet Santa, take photos, and enjoy the holiday spirit. Admission is free, but attendees are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to support a community toy drive.
- Tree Lighting Ceremony – Williamsport
Celebrate the holidays in Williamsport at the Village Square. Festivities begin at 5:30 PM, featuring a brass choir and free crafts for kids. Santa will make an appearance, and the tree lighting will take place at 6:00 PM.
- Circleville Christmas Parade and Activities
Warm up before the Christmas Parade with hot cocoa, cider, cookies, and letter-writing to Santa at Community Title Network (111 West Main Street, Circleville) from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The parade kicks off at 1:00 PM, followed by a visit with Santa at Ted Lewis Park from 2:30 to 5:30 PM.
- Christmas in the Village – Mount Sterling
Mount Sterling transforms into a Hallmark movie scene for its annual Christmas in the Village event. The day includes an illuminated parade and a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus. Follow the event page for updates.

- “The 12 Days of Christmas” – Roundtown Players
Enjoy this heartwarming family-friendly play at Memorial Hall in Circleville. Performances begin Friday, December 6, at 7:30 PM, with additional showings on December 7, 8, 13, 14, and 15.
Sunday, December 8
- Ashville Community Park Tree Lighting
Starting December 8, Ashville’s Community Park will light up with beautifully decorated trees. The display will be illuminated from dusk to dawn through the holiday season. - Christmas Open House – Deer Creek State Park Lodge
Begin your day with a holiday breakfast from 9:00 to 10:30 AM, followed by festive crafts and entertainment for all ages. Santa will be there to spread cheer and take photos.
- Pumpkin Show Band Christmas Concert
Enjoy a free holiday concert by the Pumpkin Show Band at Emmett Chapel (318 Tarlton Rd) at 3:00 PM.
